I use an attachment-informed approach to help couples identify and understand unhelpful relationship patterns, address issues of conflict, avoidance, or disconnection, and build trust, closeness, and stability.

I am especially passionate about helping new and expecting parents navigate their new roles as a couple. I work with couples throughout pregnancy, the newborn stage, and beyond to strengthen their relationship to best support their growing families.
