Couples Therapy

For some, relationship concerns are better addressed in couples therapy. While processing our romantic relationships individually can provide meaningful insight, having your partner present can help to build more connection and understanding in the moment.

I approach my work with couples from an emotionally-focused therapy (EFT) lens, helping you and your partner to identify your emotional needs and dynamics, cultivate your understanding of one another, and bring you closer together.

I welcome couples of all genders and sexual identities.

Couples therapy might be the right fit if…

  • You and your partner have difficulty sharing or talking to each other about your concerns.

  • You and your partner get stuck in the same patterns and nothing seems to change.

  • You and your partner are going through a significant life change, like transitioning to parenthood or job changes, and need space to navigate it together.

  • You and your partner want to strengthen your bond and improve communication.
